We are a newly-formed independent civil society organisation in Vietnam:

About HRAVS: This group of university students are for freedom in learning and university reforms [ie free from Party propaganda and Party control]. It promotes human rights via the Students for Human Rights network (SHR network). It welcomes support – financial and otherwise – and getting in touch with Vietnamese students and students of Vietnamese background overseas. They have the support of prominent rights advocate Dr Nguyen Dan Que. Their founder, 23-year-old Tran Hoang Phuc has been recently detained
We are looking for a representative overseas. We are looking for young Vietnamese boy and girl who find it is happy to help help Hội Sinh Viên Nhân Quyền Việt Nam by representing us overseas and bringing our messages to international forums. Thank you for your consideration.
